I kept checking the tracking and got frustrated with the waiting, but the order did show up exactly when it said it would. So in the end, the tracking was accurate.

I’ve ordered from Total Diabetes Supply a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. They carry a nice mix of diabetes supplies, including the smaller stuff I’m always running out of like test strips, lancets, alcohol wipes, and carrying cases, not just the bigger-name items.
It sometimes takes me a little while to track down the exact product I’m looking for, but they still have more options than my local store and the prices seem fair. I’m giving 4 stars because comparing a few brands could be easier, and that feels like a preventable annoyance...

I’ve ordered from totaldiabetessupply.com a few times now, everything’s been solid. The test strips and lancets showed up sealed properly and weren’t close to expiring, which is always the first thing I check.
They worked just like the ones I used to grab from the pharmacy, and I didn’t notice anything off with the packaging or boxes. I’m happy with my orders so far, and I’ll probably keep buying from them...

I wasn’t really expecting a fast reply, honestly, I had already moved on to doing something else and then, boom, there it was. Support answered quickly, which was a nice surprise. Simple thing, but it made the whole experience feel a lot less frustrating.

I do appreciate that I can reorder my diabetes supplies without having to search for everything all over again. That part definitely saves me time when I actually remember to do it. The site does get a little slow here and there, and the reminders could be a lot better, almost like they expect you to keep track of everything yourself. Overall, it still works fine for basic reorders, but it’s not perfect.

The checkout process did work and I was able to finish my order without any major problems, so that part was fine. It just felt a bit clunky while I was going through it, like the pages took a little longer than expected to load and the whole thing wasn’t quite as smooth as I’m used to. Nothing was broken exactly, but it could definitely be more streamlined and easier to move through.
